The PTA is an integral part of making the students school year fun, enriching and safe. 

Open House!

Join us Sept 18th from 5:30-7pm at the school. You'll be able to meet your teacher, tour the classroom, visit community booths and hear from our Principal! It's a night you don't want to miss. The PTA will have concessions for sale.

SPIRIT WEAR!

The Martin Sortun Mountaineers spirit store is open! We have a variety of really fun, affordable items! The store is only open until September 19th so order yours today! Click HERE to check it out.

CRAZY HAIR DAY

Our first spirit day of the year is fast approaching! Brainstorm your most creative crazy hair ideas for your students.

Fall Picture Day!

Fall picture day is just around the corner! Make sure to mark your calendar. We also need volunteers to help that day. Please make sure you are VIPS approved.

Reminder! Friday Oct 3rd is a teacher workshop day, so no school for the students! Enjoy your 3 day weekend!

Popcorn & Gogurt Day!

Our first popcorn & Gogurt day is October 10th! Students will be able to purchase popcorn for .25 and/or tubes of Gogurt for .75 during their lunch recess. Looking to volunteer? Sign up HERE!

Book Fair is Coming!

The book fair is coming! Find a new book for yourself, or your classroom Oct 13-17th. If you would like to volunteer, please sign up HERE! Make sure to set up your student's E-Wallet so they don't have to worry about bringing money to school. You can set it up HERE.

Fall Conferences!

Make sure to schedule a timeslot with your teacher for fall conferences! Its a great time to set goals and ask questions!

Staff Appreciation Week!

It's a busy week with Book Fair, Fall Conferences and Staff Appreciation! Phew! We need your help and donations to make that week a success! Please sign-up here to donate & volunteer.

BINGO Night!

Bingo night is a highly anticipated event! It is totally free to participate and will have tons of prizes and multiple winners. The PTA will have concessions for sale. Doors open at 5:45pm. We hope you join us on October 24th at 6:00pm in the MPR. 

Spirit Day!

Our next spirit day is Oct 31st with Black and Orange Day! Spirit days will coincide with the last school day of the month and the 3B assembly that day!

Craft Bazaar!

Save the Date for November 8th for the Martin Sortun Craft Bazaar! There will be over 50 vendors. Get your holiday shopping done or just treat yourself, there's something for everyone. We will also need volunteers to make this event a success. Please sign up HERE!
